The number one chef in the United States, Jose Andres and his Think Food Group dazzled guests with a “Liquid Olive” demonstration and hours d’oeuvres including Tortillas de Patatas served inside perfectly carved egg shells on trays of grass blades, Endibias con Queso de Cabra y Naranjas and the popular bite sized Croquetas de Pollo.
