The 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan was featured in the motion picture THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA that opened on June 30th. Leveraging the car’s presence in the film and echoing its fashion-forward plot The Aba Agency was hired by Mercedes-Benz USA to produce a special advanced screening and party to benefit the area’s most fashionable charity, Suited for Change. The hostess for the evening was ABC 7 news anchor Kathleen Mathews.
Immediately following the screening, guests were invited to a private Hollywood-style Gifting Suite at the Fahrenheit Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton. The well heeled crowd sipped champagne, sampled artful hors d’oeuvres and enjoyed goodies such as hot off the runway products at the custom built M.A.C. Cosmetics lipstick bar, Prada Spa products, and gourmet truffles from Godiva. Other gifting suite partners included ghd via Roche Salon, Bailey Banks & Biddle, Perfect Organics, Twelve, Intermix, Parma Spa, Saks Fifth Avenue and Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas.
